AC Milan are looking to sell Suso in January with West Ham and Wolverhampton very interested in the Spanish right winger.
The new Serie A season has not started well for Jesus Suso. The performances of the Spanish winger have been very disappointing so far and the Rossoneri fans are starting to lose patience with him. The 25-year-old has been unable to make a positive impact. Many errors committed in attack where the Rossoneri number 8 should be the creative spark of the squad.
In the past, albeit not continuously, Suso has showed that he was able to provide assists and to score some crucial goals. He scored 8 goals and assisted 10 in 41 appearances last year. However, in 8 appearances this season, Suso has recorded only on assist.
The talented right winger is no longer an untouchable of AC Milan’s starting eleven and new coach Stefano Pioli is seriously considering dropping him for the upcoming league match against Roma. If he fails to perform in the upcoming games then the risk of ending up on the bench and on the market could materialize. AC Milan are willing to sell Suso in January in case of a pleasing offer.
Despite his dip in form Suso has many admirers in Europe, especially in England. Daily Mail reports that West Ham and Wolverhampton are thinking of Suso to reinforce their squads in January. Suso has a release clause of 38 million euros which only applies to clubs outside of Italy but it’s highly unlikely AC Milan receive offers in that region considering his underwhelming displays.
AC Milan are well aware of that and value Suso at €30 million. A fair price tag that would also help balance the books because the former Liverpool was signed for under one million. His entire sale figure would be recorded as a capital gain. Meanwhile, AC Milan are waiting official offers from West Ham and Wolverhampton but only in December Suso’s future will be clear.
