Two reasons why Higuain transfer it’s not official yet

AC Milan and Juventus are negotiating a sensational exchange between Bonucci, Caldara and Higuan with the deal very close to the finish line.

Until the definitive yes of Gonzalo Higuian arrives the mega deal between Juventus and AC Milan can not be concluded. The two clubs have practically closed everything regarding the exchange between Leonardo Bonucci and Mattia Caldara but the Higuian operation still needs some work. Nothing to worry, the parties are optimistic about the deal are hopping to announce an official agreement this week.

There are two issues to be solved and both concern El Pipita. The first, and most important, the Argentine requires a leaving fee from Juventus. Higuain and the Bianconeri are currently negotiating a severance package and according to Il Corriere della Sera the 30 year old striker may be paid 5-7 million euros by Juventus so he can join the Rossoneri.

The second node is Higuain’s contract with the Red and Blacks. Leonardo has proposed a 4 year contract of 6 million euros per season while the Argentine would prefer to have the same salary he has at Juve, 7,5 million. However no problems are expected in this front because the difference will be covered by the leaving fee Higuain will get from Juventus and the extra year of contract the Rossoneri have offered.
