AC Milan, on Twitter, wished a happy 27th birthday to Mario Balotelli, former rossoneri striker for three seasons: “Happy Birthday, Super Mario“.
Mario Balotelli joined AC Milan on January 2013 from Manchester City after previously playing for eternal rivals of Inter. He enjoyed an initial good spell in San Siro scoring 30 goals in 54 matches before returning again in England, this time at Liverpool. He was signed for 20 million euros by the rossoneri and was sold for the same figure later. His transfer at Liverpool resulted a total flop scoring only 4 goals and Balotelli returned in San Siro the following year on a season long loan. Even his return in Italy, again at AC Milan, was a flop with him scoring only 3 goals.

Currently Mario Balotelli is experiencing a good time in France where he plays for Nice. The Italian international scored 18 goals in 29 games, in his first season in France with Nice finishing Ligue 1 in third position.
