Real Madrid are interested in the 18-yar-old centre back who is doing great with Ignazio Abate’s young squad.
AC Milan are having a good start to the season so far but the young Rossoneri are doing even better. The AC Milan Primavera squad coached by Ignazio Abate are leading Serie A, two points ahead of Inter, and they are also in first place in their Champions League group with full points.
One of the young stars that is having a great season is Jan-Carlo Simic. In 2022 AC Milan spend a high fee of 1 million euros to sign the 18-year-old Serbian centre back from Stuttgart and the move is already paying dividends. Simic had a positive first season with the Rossoneri and is confirming himself again at the highest levels.
The performances of the 18-year-old strong centre back have not gone unnoticed. Fichajes.net reports that Jan-Carlo Simic is on the radar of Real Madrid. The Spanish giants have invested heavily in recent years for young talents and their scouts are very impressed by Simic who is currently in talks to renew his contract with Milan.
The Italian club has high hopes for the Serbian defender. Simic was one of the five Milan Primavera players that were selected by coach Stefano Pioli to join the first team during the pre-season USA tournament. In fact, in one of the friendly matches, Simic started form the first minute alongside Fikayo Tomori precisely against Real Madrid.
Apparently Real Madrid have never lost track on him ever since and could try to exploits Simic’s contract situation. The current deal of the AC Milan number 5 expires in 2025. He has chosen Giuseppe Riso as his agent, the same representative of Sandro Tonali. The Rossoneri have no intention to lose one of their most prized assets and are trying to tie him down to a new contract after having done the same with Chaka Traore.
