The Calhanoglus at the Rossoneri may increase next season with AC Milan interested in Hakan’s cousins Turan and Kerim Calhanoglu.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported today that not only have AC Milan defined an agreement with Ralf Rangnick, promising him a transfer budged of 75 million euros, but the Rossoneri are also working closely with the German coach on the transfer market.
The management has compiled a wide list of targets including the names of several “figli d’arte“. The surprising news from the report was that the members of the Calhanoglu family at AC Milan may increase next season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Hakan could soon be joined in Italy by his two cousins Turan and Kerim Calhanoglu. Both play in the Hoffenheim youth ranks and both will become free agents in a few months.
Turan Calhanoglu, similarly to his cousin Hakan, plays as left winger with Hoffenheim Under 17. Turan has had a fantastic season scoring 11 goals and providing 4 assists in 22 appearances for Hoffenheim in the U-17 Bundesliga. But unlike Hakan, Turan Calhanoglu has chosen to represent Germany and has found the back of the net on 2 occasions in 3 appearances with Germany U-17.
Kerim Calhanoglu plays mainly as left midfielder but can also be adapted as left back. Despite being 17-years-old Kerim is a regular starter for Hoffenheim in U-19 Bundesliga. Kerim Calhanoglu is also a regular starter with the Under 17 side of Germany collecting a total of 13 appearances.
