Tottenham scouts were present in Atalanta-Milan to watch two Rossoneri player. Coach Mauricio Pochettino wants the bring the duo in England this summer.

Yesterday’s Atalanta-Milan was a very important match for the Champions League ambitions of the Rossoneri. A 3-1 victory, and Lazio’s defeat allows Milan to sit comfortably in fourth spot four points behind third-place Inter. A good performance that has not gone unnoticed.

On the stands at the Atleti Azzurri d’Italia stadium there were present Tottenham scouts yesterday to watch some players on the pitch. Premier League clubs have significant economic resources and are often ready to invest heavily on their transfer targets. The Spurs have stayed quite in the last two seasons but the London club is reportedly planning to invest heavily this summer.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that the Tottenham scouts in Atalanta-Milan were interested in Franck Kessie and Jesus Suso. The two Rossoneri players have been repeatedly approached by the English club in the last few days. The duo is a specific request of Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino who is preparing an important bid for the two.

Both players have recently declared that they feel good at Milan. They are not thinking about a possible transfer elsewhere and are focused on giving their best for the club. However, we all know that the transfer market is unpredictable and anything can happen. On several occasions the sale of Kessie has been rumored as a sacrificed to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko on a permanent deal from Chelsea. If a 40 million euro offers arrives AC Milan could really think about it.

That’s the same amount of Suso’s release clause. If a foreign club wants to buy the Spaniard, they just need to put 40 million euros on the table and agree personal terms with the player. So far Suso has always rejected the advances of other clubs but that doesn’t mean things can not change at the end of the season.

Premier League is a championship that attracts many players, football there is top level and stars are paid big money. In recent seasons Tottenham has always qualified for Champions League and therefore represents a good destination. It doesn’t have the charm and history of Milan but it is certainly a reality of English and European football.
