Roma have reignited their interested in AC Milan winger Suso and could include Patrik Schick in the negotiations.
MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – Not just purchases. During the summer transfer window AC Milan will be forced to sell a couple of players including first team regulars. One of the names that continues to be linked with a move away from the Rossoneri is Suso.
With the arrival of Marco Giampaolo on the bench Milan are expected to use a 4-3-1-2 game system without wingers. That’s why Jesus Suso is no longer indispensable for the club and can leave in case of a satisfying offer.
Roma have reignited their interest in the Spanish winger. The Giallorossi have sold El Shaarawy to China and are looking for a replacement. The 25-year-old right winger is their top target according to Sky Sport.
Suso has a 38 million euros release clause and AC Milan won’t accept a lower payment. At this points it’s unclear if Roma intend to pay the full fee in cash or they will insert a technical counterpart. Patrik Schick is one of the names AC Milan would be happy to have in exchange for their star winger. Giampolo would love to have Schick again under his orders.
AC Milan’s willingness to sell Suso also derives form his contract situation. The parties have been negotiating the renewal for the past year but the player’s insistence to earn as much as Donnarumma (6 million euros per year) has proven a difficult obstacle to overcome. The Spaniard made 41 appearances this season, scoring 8 goals and assisting 10.
