Real Madrid interested in AC Milan forward

The recent positive performances of AC Milan striker Rafael Leao have caught the eye of Real Madrid, according to reports in Spain.

Rafael Leao’s last part of the season was definitely positive. The young AC Milan striker’s performance has improved a lot and what was seen in recent games promises for the future.

In his 10 post-lockdown appearances in Serie A the Portuguese has scored 4 goals. Leao had managed to find the back of the net only in 2 occasions in the 21 previous league games. In general, the former Sporting Lisbon and Lille striker has shown greater maturity and precision over the matches.

AC Milan intend to focus on Rafael Leao also for next season. The player too so far has shown his willingness to stay with the Rossoneri in order to improve even more, perhaps taking advantage of the presence of an expert partner like Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

However, Don Balon from Spain reports that Leao my be tempted by the interest of Real Madrid. According to Don Balon, the Spanish giants are looking for reinforcements in attack and Rafael Leao’s profile is being taken into consideration.

At the moment there no concrete talks between AC Milan and Real Madrid. As mentioned above, Milan will rely on the former Lille even for the future and the player himself so far has not shown a willingness to leave. Only the arrival of an important offer could impose some reflections, but for now no economic proposals have come from Real Madrid.
