AC Milan attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu will leave the Rossoneri at the end of the season claim German sources.
AC Milan seriously risk losing Hakan Calhanoglu in 2021. His contract expires at the end of the season and no progress has been made in renewal talks so far.
The 26-year-old Turkish playmaker has already been linked with several clubs in Italy and beyond. In Italy, Juventus are very interested in signing Calhanoglu as a free agent but another club is already in advanced talks with him.
According to Bild, Hakan Calhanoglu is headed to the Premier League rather than to Juventus. German journalist Christian Falk reports that Hakan Calhanoglu is very close to joining Manchester United, a club that has been following him closely in recent months.
According to Falk, the Turkey international has chosen not to listen to the Rossoneri’s renewal proposal and has instructed his agent to start dealing with the Red Devils. AC Milan have made it clear they will not give Hakan the 7 million per season request. The Rossoneri will not go beyond a contract of 4 million at most.
Just like, Juvenuts, Manchester United plan to sign Hakan as a free agent at the end of the season. The Rossoneri management didn’t expect to face such a situation with Calhanoglu and the fact that his agent Gordon Stipic offered Hakan to Inter has only made things worse.
