Maldini phones Nice star winger
AC Milan director Paolo Maldini has contacted Nice rising star Allan Saint-Maximin to discuss a transfer that will likely take place in summer.
Despite the few hours remaining till the end of the January transfer window AC Milan are moving to sign a new winger. There are several players being linked with the Rossoneri but now AC Milan are considering a new name: Allan Saint-Maximin of Nice.
The Rossoneri are enchanted by the skills of the 21 year old winger that can play on both sides of the pitch. Saint-Maximin is a great dribbler, fast and a good passer. The club has been following him for a few months and a deal is possible but more likely in the summer.
MilanNews.it reports that Paolo Maldini has phoned the agent of Saint-Maximin yesterday and the player seemed thrilled of the idea of representing the Red and Black colors. However, Nice would prefer to keep the French winger until the end of the season.
Nice star Allan Saint-Maximin
Nice signed Allan Saint-Maximin two years ago for 10 million euros from Monaco. The French club now demands at least 30 million to allow their star to leave. The good news is that in one year the player becomes a free agent so Nice can not afford to keep him for long. So far, the 21 year old has scored 5 goals and has provided 3 assists in 19 Ligue 1 appearances.
