Ajax have confirmed that talented striker Brian Brobbey will leave at the end of the season and AC Milan are a possible destination.
In recent decades Ajax have always been a factory of talents. After their stunning Champions League display in 2019, led by De Jong and De Ligt, the Netherland giants are again forming a new group of talented youngsters.
One of the most promising players of Ajax is Brian Brobbey. A formidable goal scorer in the youth ranks, Brobbey made his breakthrough this season scoring 2 goals and assisting one in 6 appearances so far.
His talent has attracted the attention of many European clubs and the 19-year-old centre forward is on the move. Ajax sporting director Overmars announced that the Dutch striker has refused to renew his contract and will leave the club at the end of the season as free agent.
“We think it is a shame that he is leaving, we have done everything to keep him at Ajax for longer. He has chosen to play football elsewhere after the summer. It’s hard for me to accept but it’s his decision”.
Brobbey will join a new club in the summer and AC Milan can sign him on a free transfer. His agent Mino Raiola has offered Brobbey to the Rossoneri reports Tuttomercatoweb. Nevertheless, Milan are not the only club keeping tabs in Brobbey. Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Red Bull Leipzig have also expressed interest.
