Maldini meets agents of two top transfer targets

Paolo Maldini had a meeting today with the agents of Emerson Royal and Marc Roca, two important transfer targets of AC Milan.

Now that AC Milan have confirmed Stefno Pioli as their coach for the next two seasons, the management has finally started to move on the transfer market freely without the shadow of Ralf Rangnick around.

Two key areas that AC Milan must strengthen this summer are the defence and midfield. More concretely the Rossoneri are in search of a right back and a defensive midfielder.

Today, technical director Paolo Maldini hosted in his office at Casa Milan agents Graziano Battistini and Sebastiano Salaroli. The two agents of the Promoesport agency represent Emerson Royal and Marc Roca.

AC Milan have prioritized the signing of the Brazilian full-back and aim to give him a starting jersey for next season. The deal is not easy because the Spanish club wants a fee close to 30 million euros. Nevertheless, Milan seem willing to make an important investment for the 21-year-old defender.

Marc Roca is another player AC Milan have been following this season. The Spanish talent has achieved great success with Spain U-21 and is ready for the big stage. The defensive midfielder of Espanyol has a release clause of 25 million euros. A decidedly lower figure compared to Tonali.
