Both Manchester United and City were very interested in Tiago Djalo but fortunately in the end the Rossoneri triumphed, thanks to chief scout Geoffrey Moncada. The former Sporting Lisbon is compared to some of the best talents of past in his homeland and expectations from the Rossoneri management is certainly high.
