5- Thomas Lemar| Atlético Madrid 70 Mill. €

The 22 year old left winger was close to joining Arsenal and Liverpool last summer for a reported figure of 100 million euros but Monaco refused not wanting to lose another of its stars after the sale of Kylian Mbappe. 

Now the World Cup winner joins Atlético Madrid for 30 million euros less becoming the most expensive signing of the Spanish club who are trying to build a team capable of competing with eternal rivals of Real Madrid.

In his three seasons at Monaco he has scored 22 goals in 127 appearances and was their star man, along with Mbappe, in Monaco’s surprising Ligue 1 triumph last years.
