Juventus vs Milan, probable lineups
With several key players injured, Stefano Pioli is forced to make a couple of formation changes for Juventus vs Milan.
Juventus vs Milan is the main even of Serie A week 4. The Rossoneri have won each of their three league matches so far while Juventus are still in search of their first win. Max Allegri is under pressure to deliver and against his former club he will have the help of anther ex Rossonero like Manuel Locatelli.
Coach Stefano Pioli is finding himself in a troubling situation with many players injured. In fact, 7 AC Milan player will miss the match against Juventus with Giroud and Calabria added to the long list of absences.
Pioli will make a mini-revolution in defence. With Davide Calabria out and Alessandro Florenzi still not at his best physical condition, it will be Fikayo Tomori to play on the right. A surprising choice from Pioli who aims to stop the quick Juve wingers with a player at the top of his form. Simon Kjaer and captain Alession Romagnoli will form the central duo with Theo Hernandez on the left. As usual, Mike Maignan will protect the goal despite a minor hand injury.
Sandro Tonali is fully fit after the intestinal problem he had pre-Liverpool. Tonali and Franck Kessie will form the midfield duo for Juventus vs Milan with Ismael Bennacer set to wait for his chance in the second half.
With both Ibrahimovic and Giroud out, Pioli has a big problem up front. Ante Rebic is forced the lead the attack once again. The only good news is the recovery of Pietro Pellegri. Rafael Leao will continue on the left wing with Alexis Saelemaekers on the opposite flank. Brahim Diaz will be in support of Rebic in attack.
