Roma vs Milan

Roma host AC Milan tomorrow in a very delicate match for both clubs. Coach Pioli has two big doubts concerning the starting eleven.

Roma vs Milan will be the upcoming match of Stefanolo Pioli’s side. The capitol club will host the Rossoneri tomorrow at the Olimpico stadium at 18:00. A very delicate match for two teams that have had a difficult start to the season so far.

Based on the training sessions so far, coach Pioli seems inclined to confirm almost the same starting eleven seen against Lecce. Gigio Donnarumma will be between the posts while there will be only one change regarding the four defenders in front of him.

Davide Calabria will take Conti’s spot on the right with Theo Hernandez on the opposite side and Romagnoli and Musacchio at the center. An underwhelming display against Lecce, where he caused a penalty, will see Conti relegated on the bench. A chance lost for the Italian right back.

The position of the defensive midfielder is a big question mark for Roma vs Milan. Lucas Biglia played last time while Ismael Bennacer is a very serious challenger. However, at the moment, the Argentine midfielder seems in advantage over Bennacer even though it’s going to be a close race till the end. Lucas Paqueta and Franck Kessie will complete the midfield department.

Another bid doubt concerns the centre forward position. Rafael Leao started from the minute against Lecce. It was Piatek to find the back of the end in the second half but the Portuguese convinced Pioli with his performance. He is favorite over Piatek to lead the attack once again. Calhanoglu is confirmed the left with Suso on the right.

ROMA (4-2-3-1): Lopez, Spinazzola, Mancini, Smalling, Kolarov, Veretout, Pastore, Florenzi, Zaniolo, Perotti, Dzeko.

AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma, Calabria, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Hernandez, Paqueta, Biglia, Kessie, Suso, Calhanoglu, Leao.
