The Rossoneri are on the move to reinforce the team in several departments next summer. After the revolution of July-August 2017, AC Milan are planning some new purchases to complete the staff.

According to Tuttosport the Rossoneri leaders are monitoring closely the progress of Nice. The French club host one of the youngest and most surprising formations of Ligue 1 and sports director Mirabelli seems to be inquiring about some interesting players who play for the squad of coach Lucien Favre. Excluding Mario Balotelli, who has already had the pleasure to player for AC Milan, there are at least three other players who are targets of the Red and Blacks. Stefano Luxoro, a Rossoneri observer and Mirabelli’s right-hand man, has been trusted with the task to scout Nice stars.

The first name, and the most intriguing one, is Allan Saint-Maximin. He is a 21-year-old winger, part of the French Under-21 and an untouchable starter for Nice. His price tag is 20 million euros and AC Milan are seriously considering him as an alternative to the costly Depay. Saint-Maximin is highly-rated in France and can play on both flanks. A new winger is a priority for Gattuso’s 4-3-3 formation. Nice purchased him from Monaco for 10 million euros last summer and the youngster has scored 4 goals and provided 8 assists in 32 appearances this season.

Then there are the two Nice central midfielders: AC Milan are keeping an eye on both Jean-Michel Seri and Wylan Cyprien. Many teams are interested in Seri and his price may continue to increase till the end of the season (potentially 30-40 million). On the other hand, 23 year old Cyprien is much more affordable, versatile, and is considered as very similar to Franck Kessie. A potential future bid is based on the outcome of negotiations with Ki Sung-Yueng.
