Renewal at the end of the season: Milan’s proposal

AC Milan have every intention of making Patrick Cutrone a pillar of the team for many years to come and are preparing to offer him a new and improved contract.

There is no doubt: Patrick Cutrone is the present but also the future of AC Milan. The young 20 year old bomber is one of the most important players of the Rossoneri’s technical project.

Often the Rossoneri in recent year were forced (or willing) to let go some young talents from the youth ranks to obtain market gains or simply because the club was not convinced by their potential. Just look at the fate of the various Cristante, Petagna, De Sciglio and even more recently baby Zanellato. It will not be the same for Cutrone, who is already an idol of the fans and with the goal scored against Roma has proved to lethal striker, just what was needed by the team of Gennaro Gattuso.

Meanwhile, according to calciomercato.com, AC Milan continue to think about the contract renewal of Cutrone. There is not much hurry between the parties, because already last summer the attacker signed an important extension but the next proposal will serve to lock him for good. At the end of the season the club will offer Patrick the renewal until June 2023 and a higher salary of around 1,2 million euros.

An attractive offer that Cutrone should not struggle to sign, binding himself to Milan for another five years and dismissing the alleged pressing of foreign clubs like Everton and Borussia Dortmund who recently have become very interested in the player.
