Real Madrid to make offer for AC Milan star

Real Madrid are interested in AC Milan central midfielder Franck Kessie. The Ivorian has yet to sign a contract extension.

According to reports form Defensa Central, Real Madrid are interested in AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie. The Spanish giants will exploit Sunday’s match to understand whether a move for the Ivorian is possible.

Carlo Ancelotti needs a strong midfielder, especially after the recent injury of Toni Kroos. Ancelotti has reportedly identified Kessie as the ideal reinforcement, even if Milan absolutely do not intend to deprive themselves of the 24-year-old central midfielder.

Nevertheless, Real Madrid are determined to make a concrete attempt. Los Blancos will probably offer cash plus one player in order to tempt the Rossoneri to sell Kessie reports Defensa Central. The names are those of full-back Odriozola, midfielder Ceballos and playmaker Isco.

The first move of Madrid will be to understand Milan’s intentions, especially on the renewal of Kessie’s contract. The former Atalanta becomes a free agent in one year. The Rossoneri management is asking to speed up talks for a contract extension but, despite Kessie’s public declaration, so far an agreement hasn’t been reached.
