Real Madrid name affordable price for Brahim Diaz

AC Milan have opened talks with Real Madrid to sign Spanish midfielder Brahim Diaz on a permanent transfer.

Brahim Diaz joined AC Milan on a season-long loan from Real Madrid. The elegant Spanish attacking midfielder has made 7 appearances so far with the Rossoneri but he has already convinced the fans and the management of his potential.

The 21-year-old former Manchester City talent has always been decisive with his performances and goals. Diaz has found the back of the net with two beautiful solo efforts in Europa League and once against Crotone in Serie A. AC Milan, in particular Paolo Maldini who sought him out and wanted him last September, is already working to sign Brahim on a permanent transfer.

According to reports from Tuttosport, first contacts between AC Milan and Real Madrid have already started. All facilitated by the good relations between the two historic clubs. Paolo Maldini and Florentino Perez have began to talk about Diaz’s permanent stay at San Siro after the deadline of the dry loan, which is June 2021.

Meanwhile, Real has proposed a starting figure for Diaz’s sale. The Spaniards want 25 million euros to let Brahim Diaz join AC Milan on a permanent transfer. 

An affordable figure that AC Milan are willing to spend. Los Blancos wanted 40 million during the summer but the Coronavirus situation has taken a toll on clubs with many facing financial difficulties. However, there is a catch. Real Madrid are ready to offer this discount to Milan but only the Rossoneri make the payment before the end of the season. One thing is certain, the player finds himself very well at Milanello and his impact in Italian football has been quite positive.
