AC Milan are about to close the sale of Nikola Kalinic to Sevilla reports Premium Sport. The Croatian striker leaves the Rossoneri after just one season.
The first year of Nikola Kalinic in Rossonero was decidedly negative and not very prolific. Only 6 goals scored in 41 games played this season testify his underwhelming performance. His continuous disappointing displays have pushed AC Milan and the Croatian striker himself to the joint decision to part ways after only one year together.
According to reports by Premium Sport, in fact, Kalinic would be very close to dressing the shirt of Seville. The former Fiorentina would transfer in Spain on loan with the obligation to make the move permanent at the end of the season for 20 million euros.
Last season AC Milan paid 25 million euros for his services but earning now even 5 million less can be considered a success due to the performance of the 30 year old striker. His departure translates in more chances for Andre Silva.
