Pioli considering important change for Verona vs Milan
AC Milan face Hellas Verona tonight at Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi. Coach Pioli is considering changes in attack.
Once again AC Milan turn their focus to Serie A after the double disappointment against Chelsea in the Champions League. The Rossoneri need to bounce back in the league despite the numerous injuries. Coach Stefano Pioli has only one formation doubt for the tonight;s Hellas Verona vs Milan.
There will be no changes in the defence with the Italian coach set to confirm the same back four of recent games. Matteo Gabbia and Fikayo Tomori will form the central duo with Theo Hernandez on the left and Pierre Kalulu on the right. Ciprian Tatarusanu on goal.
There will be no surprises in midfield despite Tommaso Pobega rumored to take Sandro Tonali’s spot. Tonali, who is no considered a leader of the squad, will start from the first minute alongside Ismael Bennacer.
Pioli’s biggest doubt for Verona vs Milan concerns the attack. Yacine Adli is a strong candidate to make his first minute start reports Gazzetta. If Pioli opts for a three-man midfield the Frenchman will start in the attacking midfielder role with Rafael Leao and Brahim Daiaz behind Giroud. Otherwise it will be Rade Krunic on the right wing.
