AC Milan are close to completing three important player exits. Their departure will finance new signings.

AC Milan have been put player signings to a stop for now. The Rossoneri have brought in eight new players that have improved the quality of AC Milan’s midfield and attack. More business will be carried out until the summer transfer window is over to fill in some remaining gaps but for now the club had turned its focus on player sales.

MilanNews.it reports that AC Milan are closing in on three player exits. The first to leave is Charles De Ketelaere. The 22-year-old Belgian attacking midfielder failed to live up to expectations in his first year in Serie A. However, De Ketelaere will stay in Italy and join Atalanta on an initial loan deal. Atalanta will pay 3 million for the loan, 23 million if they want to make De Ketelaere’s signing permanent and 4 million in bonuses. In addition, Milan will have a 10% of any future sale of the Belgian talent.

The soap opera of Fode Ballo-Toure is coming to an end as well. AC Milan were left furious after the Senegalese left-back rejected a transfer to Fulham after a total agreement was reach between all parties. Now Ballo-Toure is on the verge of joining Werder Bremen. AC Milan will earn a fee between 4-5 million for the 26-year-old former Monaco defender.

The sale of Rade Krunic could end up being one of the biggest summer surprises. The soon to be 30-year-old Bosnia international has received an important contract proposal from Fenerbahce of close to €4 million per season. Rade Krunic has already accepted Fenerbahce’s offer wants to move to Turkey.

The intermediaries are working two find an agreement between the two clubs. So far AC Milan have rejected two verbal bids from Fenerbahce. The Rossoneri expect an improved bid close to €10 million to arrive really soon. Despite Stefano Pioli’s insistence to keep Krunic, Milan will sanction his sale and are already looking for his replacement.
