Despite AC Milan’s passivity in the January transfer session Massimiliano Mirabelli is already planning numerous signings for next summer.

Agustin Rogel is the last name associated with the Rossoneri club. Sky Sports reveals that his agent Federico Pastorello was at Casa Milan yesterday to discuss a potential transfer. AC Milan made an inquiry for the 20 yer old centre back of Nacional Montevideo. Massimiliano Mirabelli would like to block the player already and conclude his transfer to Milan next June. The Rossoneri sports director intends to book Rogel, so that he can anticipate the competition for the player in summer.

The Uruguayan starlet has also been linked to Sevilla and Betis in recent weeks. Last August, rumors emerged about Inter interested in the 20 year old defender. Now AC Milan have entered the scene and seem to be serious about acquiring the services of the young Rogel. His name was a suggestion of the Rossoneri scouts dispatched in South America.

Since his debut in October 2016, Agustin Rogel is regular of Uruguay U20 squad and so far has made 18 appearances even scoring on one occasion. His purchase would represent an investment for the future and he will probably take the place of Gustavo Gomez who is expected to return in Argentine.
