Milan make new offer for Belotti
Andrea Belotti remains the dream signing of all AC Milan fans. Marco Fassone continues to negotiate with Torino.
MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – Andrea Belotti continues to be Milan’s dream signing in the summer transfer window. Although Andre Silva, signed for 38 million euros from Porto, was considered to be the highlight of Milan’s spending spree, Fassone and Mirabelli have no intention to stop. Both are determined to offer Montella a star striker this season and Belotti still remains the main target. It’s a very economically complicated operation but the rossoneri remain confident. Milan’s pursuit of another attacker translates in a sure departure for Carloss Bacca with Lapaudla likely to join him.
La Stampa reports today that in a meeting held yesterday between Marco Fassone and Torino’s sports director, Petrachi, the 23 year old was the main topic of discussion together with Daniele Baselli. AC Milan presented a new offer for the Italian international: 20 million euros for a two year loan with the obligation to buy for a figure reported to be around 60 millions. Torino refused this offer insisting that Milan must meet Belotti’s clause of 100 millions.
Torino demands 100 millions in cash for Andrea Belotti. Negotiation are still going with the parties already having planed a new meeting for next week. Torino’s manager Sinisa Mihajlovic is a big fan of several Milan players like Davide Calabria, Niang, Zapata, Lapadula and especially of Milan’s defensive midfielder Juraj Kucka. There is sill time for an agreement to be reached. At the same time Milan have blocked Nikola Kalinic of Fiorentina (read here). If the red and blacks fail to sign Belotti they will go all in for the 29 year old Croatian attacker.
