AC Milan are determined to bring at least a new striker at San Siro this season and the latest idea is Simone Zaza of Valencia.
Despite UEFA’s ruling the Rossoneri are not halting on the market. Massimiliano Mirabelli continues his search for a new centre forward that can improve the output of AC Milan’s attacking department. The latest idea of the sports directors is a strikers exchange with the Spanish giants of Valencia.
Carlos Bacca enjoyed a good season with Villarreal this year but the Spanish club doesn’t intend to pay 15,5 million euros for the Colombian and have asked for a discount. AC Milan insist the figure to be paid in full so Bacca is expected to return to Milan until the club finds a new destination for him. According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri want to use Bacca in a swap deal with Simone Zaza.
The Italian international is not a priority for the Red and Blacks at the moment but potential sanctions from UEFA could change AC Milan plans. It would be impossible to sign players like Belotti, Immobile, and Alvaro Morata without Europa League football and big financial availability. Zaza on the other hand is much more affordable and reliable too.
