After the big summer transfer window with 11 new signings, the Meazza stadium was crowded by many fans from all over the world, especially during the first Europa League games against Universitatea Craiova, when San Siro recorded 65,763 attendants. The average attendants number, thanks to the summer purchases and a renewed team, has risen significantly compared to the previous seasons, reaching record number against Juventus when the stadium got totally sold out.
