AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer has once again been crucial in the Rossoneri’s Europa League win earning the praise of Inter legend Giuseppe Bergomi.
Yesterday AC Milan secured another victory. The Rossoneri are on a run of 23 positive results and have no intention of stopping. Even when coach Stefano Pioli has used his “B side” the end result has always been the same.
In Europa League’s match against Sparta Prague, Milan scored three goals. Ibrahimovic initially set up Brahim Diaz and would later miss a penalty. Diogo Dalot who made his debut at the San Siro provided an assist for Rafael Leao and latter scored the third goal of the match with a shot from the edge of the box. Nevertheless, it was Ismael Bennacer the best player of the match.
The 22-year-old Algeria international was commanding in midfield. With pinpoint passes and slick skills, Bennacer gives a huge contribution not only in defence but also in attack. The talented midfielder has earned the praise of Inter legend Giuseppe Bergomi for his performances.
“Bennacer dominates the match. Tonali too did some good things but he has to grow. Bennacer dominates in the middle on the pitch due to his personality and technical qualities. He finds his teammates in perfect positions. It is a pleasure to comment on this team, it is sparkling, they all row on the same side. They have the awareness they can compete with everyone“, said Bergomi for Sky Sport.
After struggling initially under Giampaolo, Ismael Bennacer has become a key figure for AC Milan. He is the creative mind in midfield, controlling the game and constantly improving his performances. The 22-year-old has a release clause of 50 million euros that could become problematic in the future for the Rossoneri.
