AC Milan are now thinking about purchasing two attackers instead of one. Mirabelli is considering the signing of the Danish talent Kasper Dolberg plus Kalinic.
It is no secret that AC Milan are in search of a new attacker. To achieve this goal, the new Chinese owners have distributed an important figure, there are those who even speak of another 60-70 million euros allocated to Milan to complete the team (extra budget), or rather the attacking department that according to many is still incomplete.
The momentary idea of the red and black management would be to allocate all this treasury for a signing of absolute quality, a skillful centre forward able to bring the Milan public in San Siro from everywhere. But the targets leading to players like Aubameyang, Belotti and Diego Costa are not easy. So, according to Tuttosport, AC Milan have come up with a plan B to complete the attack of manager Montella’s team: Milan would sign two players, two centre forwards that can also play side by side in an offensive tandem, thus revolutionizing the hierarchies of the department.
The first target is Nikola Kalinic, who for weeks has been considered a viable option for the rossoneri’s mercato. According to the Italian media the player is close to saluting Fiorentina. With the rest of the budget, Milan could move on to a new name, that of Danish baby talent Kasper Dolberg. The 20 year old attacker of Ajax comes from an exciting season and could become the surprise signing of sports director Massimiliano Mirabelli, who has been following him for some time.
Even in this case the fee to be payed should be a big one, 40 million euros may be needed to snatch the talented striker from Ajax, considering the wide international competition for his services. The numbers guarantee he is a future star. In his first season in Netherland, Dolberg scored 23 goals in 47 games. Not bad for a debutant.
