Ricardo Kaka visited Casa Milan this morning and what a visit it was. The 35 year old Brazilian who just closed his adventure at Orlando was welcomed by a few dozen fans eager to see the golden boy again. He began his amarcord day visiting the club museum accompanied by his father, Bosco Leite, and tonight will attend the Europa League challenge with Austria Wien at San Siro. “It’s something special to return after three years – remembers the former rossonero – Milan was and will always remain in my heart because I fell in love and my relationship with this club is one of a kind.

ON AMERICA – In the Trophies room, the Brazilian spoke to Milan TV, defining as “very beautiful” his experience in US football, yet, without putting an end to his playing career: “The last game with Orlando could have been the last time as a professional footballer for me and it was special. I have not yet given up on football, I want to take some time to think about it.

ON FASSONE – Kaka, prior to meeting with the management and with AC Milan’s new CEO declared “happy to meet Fassone” and to be “in a bit of a special personal moment“.

NEW ROLE? – A big part of the fans hope to see the 2007 Ballon d’Or winner again with a new role in the club, on the field or off. On a possible involvement as an executive of the rossoneri club, the Brazilian said: “It’s hard to talk about these things for now, it’s great to be close to Milan and then we’ll see if there will be a role for me in the club.

ON MILAN – On his impressions from this “new” Milan, Kaka said: “The idea is clear for everyone: to return as protagonist in Italy and Europe, as it has always been. How long will it take? It all depends on the results on the pitch and the decisions that will be taken. We have to wait and see each year how the teams will progress and what happens.
