Serie A leaders Juventus host AC Milan at Allianz Stadium today at 18:00. The Rossoneri desperately need a positive result to stay in Champions race.

Today at 18:00 CET, AC Milan travel to Torino to face Juventus. The Serie A leaders march safe towards another Scudetto title and are fully concentrated in Champions League. The Rossoneri on the other hand arrive at this match without tasting victory in the last three games. An extremely difficult mach for Milan but Gattuso’s side must earn points at all costs to remain in race for a place in Champions next season.

In the last week, the AC Milan squad has been crippled by numerous injuries. Gigio Donnarumma, Andrea Conti and Lucas Paqueta will be unavailable for Juventus-Milan. Considering some important absences, coach Gennaro Gattuso will ditch the 4-3-1-2 lineup that was first experiment in the first half against Udinese reports La Gazzetta dello Sport and use again the old 4-3-3.

With Donnarumma out it’s up to veteran goalkeeper Pepe Reina to protect the goal. In defence, just like last match, we should see the same back four start from the first minute for Juventus-Milan. Calabria and Ricardo Rodriguez replace Abate and Diego Laxalt while the presence of captain Romagnoli and Musacchio in the middle is guaranteed.

With Lucas Paqueta injured, Gattuso’s choices in midfield are highly limited. Fortunately Franck Kessie has recovered and will replace Biglia. The absence of the Argentine means that Bakayoko returns to his natural position as defensive midfielder. Once again Hakan Calhanoglu will play as inside left in the three man midfield.

Piatek and Cutrone combined really well against Udinese. Patrick provided a great assist that was exploited by “El Pistolero“. Unfortunately the formation change punishes the young Italian. Suso returns in the starting eleven after a slight injury. He will start on the right with Fabio Borini on the left. The only good news for Milan is the absence of Cristiano Rolando from the Bianconeri’s starting eleven.

JUVENTUS (3-4-1-2)Szczesny; De Sciglio, Bonucci, Rugani; Cancelo, Bentancur, Emre Can, Spinazzola; Bernardeschi; Dybala, Mandzukic.

AC MILAN (4-3-3)Reina; Calabria, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Bakayoko, Calhanoglu; Suso, Piatek, Borini.
