Jorge Mendes is considering all the options to materialize James Rodriguez transfer at AC Milan.

MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – James Rodriguez at AC Milan is a real possibility. The good relationship between the two clubs and his agent force us to believe that this operation can end with a positive outcome. Apparently the signing of Andre Silva from Porto was just the begging of a long and fruitful collaboration with the Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes.

According to the Spanish media AC Milan does not represent James Rodriguez first option. The Colombian wants to play Champions League football next season and unfortunately the rossoneri can not guarantee this. Manchester United were favorites to sign him but they seem to have quit this idea. The lack of Champions is the biggest obstacle of this operation. Furthermore, Milan can not afford to immediately offer 50-60 million euros for the 25 year old attacking midfielder.

Il Corriere dello Sport reports that his agent Jorge Mendes is developing a strategy to facilitate James Rodriguez transfer in Italy. The famous agent is ready to propose Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, a loan move for one year with no obligation to buy. At the end of the season the parties will have to sit down a negotiate a permanent transfer.

A loan move that would give James Rodriguez the possibility to play more, at Milan he would be an undisputed starter. In 2014 Real Madrid spent 75 million euros to sign him from Monaco after a couple of impressive performances in 2014 FIFA Wold Cup. The Spanish club is well aware that no club will match their request of 80 millions for his services but the may be reluctant to let James leave on loan. To ease this transfer AC Milan may be willing to offer Real Madrid 70 millions for his services at the end of next season. His agent is considering all the possibilities to make this move happen. On thing is for sure, James Rodriguez will leave Spain this season.
