The victory against Roma gave enthusiasm to the whole Rossoneri environment, from the team to the fans passing through management and the new ownership. As highlighted by Il Corriere della Sera today, the presence on Friday night at San Siro of Gordon Singer and Paolo Scaroni was a significant sign of physical closeness at a key moment.
Gordon Singer, son of Paul Singer, owner of Elliott Management Fund, followed the game with great interest. Mr Singer is a great fan of football and wanted to assists in AC Milan’s home debut. Together with president Scaroni the two appear quite involved in the new AC Milan project.
Gordon Singer was also at Milanello before the match to get to know better the squad and coach Gennaro Gattuso. According to rumors the American Fund intends to keep AC Milan for a 5 year period and sell later at a higher price.
