Paris Saint-Germain are looking at AC Milan to find a replacement for Kylian Mbappe. The French wants to leave as soon as possible.
AC Milan will offer Rafael Leao a five-year contract of €5 million per season and in addition will pay the 10 million euros fine to compensate Sporting Lisbon for the unilateral breach of contract. A more than honest proposal, and one that hopefully will convince Leao and his entourage. A lot of the club’s future passes from the renewal of the AC Milan star.
The Portugal international is the most valuable player in Stefano Pioli’s squad, from all points of view. Economically and technically, Rafael is unmatched. Maldini, Massara and Pioli are well aware and especially in such an important season for Milan they cannot afford to lose the player. Also because, without renewal, it is very difficult to think about his permanence.
The attention of some of Europe’s biggest clubs are focused on Leao. Chelsea lead the peck after having offered more than 75 million euros for the 23-year-old left winger last summer. The Blues continue to be a threat but they are not the only one. Paris Saint-Germain are also pondering a move for the AC Milan star.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that PSG will strongly rivalize Chelsea for Rafael Leao. The French champions are already planning for life after Kylian Mbappe. The situation between Mbappe and PSG is really tense and the France international wants to leave the club, as soon as possible.
In the summer Mbappe had turned down a transfer to Real Madrid, his dream since he was a child. A decision that he reportedly regrets now. Despite PSG’s resistance it looks like Kylian Mbappe will try to force out a move in January. If the break is definitive then Rafael Leao will be the number target of PSG according to Gazzetta.
