AC Milan have yet to decide the future of Carlos Bacca. The rossoneri are about to receive the first offer from his former club of Sevilla.

Carlos Bacca’s situation continues to be a headache for the rossoneri. He is warned that the club aims to sale him but selling him is more complicated than expected. The right offer has yet to arrive. AC Milan pretend around 20 million euros for the Colombian striker and are also willing to loan the player but with the obligation to buy. So far no club has come forward with a proposal that would satisfy Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli.

Sergio Barila, agent of the 30 year old attacker, has revealed that several major clubs have asked for information about Bacca. But so far the offers arrived have been scarce. Marseille have come forward, asking the player on loan with the right to buy. AC Milan rejected this offer. Monaco also inquired about him but it is not clear whether they intend to make an economic proposal yet.

However, Carlos Bacca’s preference remains Sevilla. His former club is interested in the idea of taking him back but they do not seem willing to satisfy AC Milan’s demands. Nicolo Schira, journalist of La Gazzetta dello Sport, has revealed that the Spanish club is preparing its first offer: Loan for 2 million euros with the right to buy set at 13 million euros.

It seems difficult that Marco Fassone will accept such a proposal from Sevilla, even because he does not intend to offer the player on such a big discount but it can still be a starting point for continuing to negotiate and reach an agreement. Two years ago Bacca arrived from Spain for 30 million euros. The player himself is ready to reduce his 3,5 millions per season salary in order to return in Spain. This is an important point, but not enough to speed up and reach a consensus.
