Finished: Napoli 2-1 Milan
Once more AC Milan fail to take points with one of Serie A top teams. Insigne and Zielnski punish the rossoneri, useless Romagnoli’s goal in the 92 minute.
After Lazio, Roma, Inter and Juventus, the rossoneri lose again with a direct competitor for a Champions League spot like Napoli. AC Milan perform but lack the finale decisive touch thus losing again. Two times the red and black fail the offside trap and two times Napoli are able to exploit with Insigne in the first half and Zielnski in the second half. Making things worst was Suso’s injury in the last minutes of the first half. It’s more than clear now that believing in a place in the top 4 would be nonsense.
