The German press reveals new details on AC Milan’s proposal to convince Ralf Rangnick to become the new coach.
German media offers new information on the frequent contacts between AC Milan and Ralf Rangnick. The mastermind behind Red Bull Leipzig’s success in Bundesliga is set to become the new coach of AC Milan at the end of the season.
According to journalist Christian Falk of German newspaper BILD, the Rossoneri have offered Rangnick a three-year contract, therefore until the 2022-2023 season to lead the club.
Ralf Rangnick will become the highest paid coach in the history of AC Milan with a salary of 5 million euros per season. He will also cover the role of sporting director. According to Falk, the last details of the agreement are expected to be closed shortly.
However, more than contractual matters, Rangnick’s worries are focused on other details. The German coach wants reassurance on the composition of his staff (both technical and managerial) and the precise transfer budget he will have for the summer.
