AC Milan are prioritizing operations in exit. The Rossoneri have reportedly closed the first sale in the January transfer window.
Il Corriere dello Sport reveals the latest regarding AC Milan’s moves on the transfer market. The Rossoneri have reached an agreement with Bologna for the transfer of Gabriel Paletta. The Italian-Argentine defender has said yes to the transfer and the club has given the green light to this operation on a free transfer. The move will become official once Bologna complete the sale of Mimmo Maietta and Sebastian De Maio.
After being for weeks a target of Sassuolo, who seek the substitute of Paolo Cannavaro (transferred to China), now Paletta has agreed a move with Bologna. The Emilian club must first close the sale of the two above mentioned players. Maietta is not accepting a substitute role and wants to play. Hellas Verona and Cagliari are on his trail. Instead De Maio is expected to move in England with Stoke City and Crystal Palace interested in his services.
