AC Milan will accelerate talks to complete new singings in defence and midfielder with progress being made in recent days.
After 27 games, AC Milan’s unbeaten striker has come to an end. The Rossoneri lost 3-1 against champions in-charge Juventus yesterday at San Siro. Perhaps an expected result given the many absences in the Rossoneri squad with half of the starting elven out for different reasons.
The loss against Juventus should have an impact on the winter transfer window. The objectives remain the same but an acceleration in talks is expected in the coming days.
Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews.it) reports that Mohamed Simakan and Kouadio Kone are closer to joining AC Milan. According to the Italian newspaper the Rossoneri are trying to complete deals for both players in the next days.
The economic request of Toulouse for their young midfielder remains over 10 million euros while Maldini and Massara have offered 5-6 million. An agreement can be reached with the inclusion of easy bonuses in favor of Toulouse. The player has already agreed personal terms with AC Milan even though he has a tempting offer from Borussia Monchengladbach.
Lots of progress has been made for Simakan. The difference between offer and demand has fallen to 3 million and even in this case the inclusion of bonuses could favor the quick completion of a deal. The Rossoneri seem willing to go up to 15 million to snatch Simakan from Strasbourg.
