Today at 20:45 CET, again at the Olimpico, AC Milan challenge Lazio in the return leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final. The first match at San Siro ended 0-0.
The Rossoneri are aiming for the Coppa Italia final and in need of a positive result today after the goalless draw of the first leg. Lazio on the other hand have recovered after a difficult period and have the home advantage. A difficult challenge but hopefully a spectacular one.
Gennaro Gattuso will deploy his Milan with the usual 4-3-3 against Lazio. In front of Gianluigi Donnarumma there will be Davide Calabria (favorite over Ignazio Abate), Leonardo Bonucci, Alessio Romagnoli and Ricardo Rodriguez on the left, eager to redeem himself.
No changes even in midfield with the usual trio of Franck Kessie, Lucas Biglia and Giacomo Bonaventura ready to repeat the same performance against Roma two days ago. In attack, like usual, Jesus Suso will play on the right with Hakan Calhanoglu on the left. The position of the centre forward was the only doubt, with Nikola Kalinic expected to start today but the Croatian is not yet ready to play a full game so it will be up to Patrick Cutrone to lead the Rossoneri again.
SS LAZIO (3-5-2): Strakosha; Caceres (Bastos), De Vrij, Radu; Marusic, Parolo, Leiva, Milinkovic-Savic, Lulic; Luis Alberto, Immobile.
AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Calabria (Abate), Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessié, Biglia, Bonaventura; Suso, Cutrone, Calhanoglu.
