Claims that Donnarumma and Mino Raiola are asking to cancel his contract with AC Milan are true. However the rossoneri remain firm on their position.
According to what the Italian media has learned from the Rossoneri environment, it filters serenity around the Donnarumma case that has blown in the last few hours. The red and black club appears to have no intention of selling the player, neither him nor any other element of the group this January. The club’s policy is to go ahead with Donnarumma and to respect the contract signed a few months ago.
If in the future AC Milan receive an important economic offer for the young goalkeeper then the club will make certain evaluations always deciding in the end what’s best for the club. Despite pressures and threats from Donnarumma’s agent, Mino Raiola, and the player himself, the club has no intention to sell. Regarding the release clause issue the club has preferred not to comment.
This morning Il Corriere della Sera shocked with reports that Donnarumma and Raiola have request to cancel his new contract signed just last summer accusing of psychological violence at the time when the young goalkeeper signed his renewal. Currently Gianluigi Donnarumma is earning 5.5 million euros (net) salary per season.
