Anderlecht has set a 30 million euros price tag for AC Milan target Leander Dendoncker. A big sum but not for the Chinese ownership.
AC Milan have decided to definitely quit Bayern Munich’s young midfielder, Renato Sanches. The German club is open to discuss only a one year loan and not his permanent sale. The rossoneri are not interested in such an operation and are looking for other options. Marco Fassone has declared that a new midfielder is expected to arrive in San Siro soon. Leander Dendoncker, midfielder of Anderlecht, has been watched intensively by AC Milan scouts lately according to the Belgian press. Herman van Holsbeeck, sports director of the club, told the press the price tag of the 22 year old defensive midfielder on the rossoneri notebook. In order to sign him Milan must pay a hefty fee of 30 million euros. He is being carefully watched also by Manchester United in case Ander Herrera decides to leave England.
Despite his young age, Dendoncker has been a regular starter for Anderlecht in the last three years playing a total of 126 matches and scoring 10 goals. Dendoncker is tipped to become a star of the midfield for club and country. The 22 year old is distinguished for his physical stature and his marking in set-piece situations. An imposing figure in midfield he reads situations in the air very well and times his challenges to perfection. The Belgium midfielder, if Milan decide to splash the 30 million euros requested, is going to be a big investment for the future but also for the present.
