The Croatian 22 year old attacking midfielder is the new signing of AC Milan. The former wonderkid of Dinamo Zagreb joins the Rossoneri on a free transfer after some short spells between Spain and Germany.
The once destined for greatness prospect of Barcelona will try to revive his career under the guidance of Gennaro Gattuso who admitted seeing Halilovic more like a central midfielder rather than attacking or winger.
The Croatian was asked many questions during his unveiling as a new player of the Rossoneri but when questioned about why failed at previous clubs he replied: “I was very young, I think that’s why it’s not easy to have chances when you’re so young in a club like Barcelona, I think I’ve had good experience in Las Palmas and Sporting Gijon“.
