AC Milan are eyeing a move for Besiktas 25 year old central midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup whose contract expires at the end of the season.
Ozyakup is a target of AC Milan and other known teams. His agent Kees Vos, interviewed by Sporx.com, has confirmed that the Rossoneri are interested in the Turkish central midfielder but there is stiff competition for his services: “I can confirm that Lazio, Marseille, Everton, AC Milan and Valencia are all observing and they are interested in Oguzhan. We have also received offers from Turkey but we will decide in the next two weeks and try to find an agreement“.
The 25 year old captain of Besiktas has collected 32 appearances and 7 assists this season. His contract with the Turkish club expires this summer and he will be free to join a new team despite Besiktas willingness to renew. Should he join the Rossoneri, Ozyakup would be the third free agent to do so after Strinc and Pepe Reina (Ki Sung-Yueng may be next).
