Andy Bara, the agent of Dinamo Zagreb star Dani Olmo, talks for the first time on negotiation with AC Milan and the alleged commission fee.
AC Milan’s pursuit of Dani Olmo has reportedly cooled off because of a 7 million fee requests in commissions from his agents. However, new updates have arrived from Croatia, with tportal.hr interviewing one of the agents of the Spanish footballer.
The two agents who represent Dani Olmo are Andy Bara and Juanma Lopez. Considering the many rumors circulating on the future of the 21-year-old, especially concerning the alleged 7 million fee, Andy Bara decided to give his side of the story.
“Instead of seven, they could have written 70 million euros. It’s not true. If Dani wants to join Milan then this will happen. Dinamo is the owner of the player. They decide where Olmo will go and for how much money. Then Olmo has to agree with Dinamo which club he will join next. And then, only at the end, I will agree on a commission in five minutes“.
According to the Croatian press talks are currently on halt and Milan could decide to pull the plug on Dani Olmo deal precisely because of the agents’ exaggerated requests. “Greed has no limit” was the headline today attacking the two agents of the former Barcelona talent. Dani Olmo has agreed personal terms with AC Milan and is set to sign a five-year contract of 2.5 million per season if everything goes according to plan.
Adding depth it the squad is the Rossoneri’s primary objective in the remaining two weeks of the transfer window. Despite the recent problems, Zvonimir Boban continues to work on a deal. It would be a real shame if Milan lose a player of Olmo’s potential just because of disagreements with his agents.
