After Jorge, AC Milan to miss out on second target
AC Milan have lost Brazilian striker Kaio Jorge to Juventus but he is not the only target the Rossoneri are set to miss out.
For journalist Carlo Pellegatti, the purchase of Kaio Jorge from Santos is unfortunately not happening. AC Milan had agreed personal terms with the young striker and were negotiating the transfer fee with Santos. However, with a brief blitz, Juventus have secured the Brazilian striker offering Kaio Jorge a higher salary and better commissions to his agent.
AC Milan have no intention to participate in a bidding war and will not change for their offer. Meanwhile, the Rossoneri have started to look around for a new striker. Nantes emerging youngster Randal Kolo Muani is a new name on Paolo Maldini’s list of targets.
However, Kaio Jorge is not the only transfer target AC Milan are set to miss out. The Italian journalist reports that the situation of Nikola Vlasic has been complicated a lot recently. Zenit Saint Petersburg have joined the race for Vlasic and have presented a bid of 25 million euros for the Croatian attacking midfielder. CSKA Moscow are inclined to accept the offer.
