Big matches in Serie A and the Europa League Last-16. Here is the full schedule of the Rossoneri for March.
The schedule for March could’t be more exciting: starts with the Milan derby and ends with the match against Juventus in Turin. As we get deeper into the crucial stage of the season, the Red and Blacks not only face tougher opponents, also the results become more decisive than ever towards achieving the goals of the campaign.
In just three days, we will face Inter for the third time this season, on Sunday 4th at 8.45 PM. The reverse fixture was hard to digest as the Nerazzurri defeated us 3-2 with a late goal after we had found the equaliser in the second half. Yet, the sweet revenge came in TIM Cup as Cutrone returned the favour scoring the winner on stoppage time to knock them out of the competition. For these and many more obvious reasons, this Milan derby will be without a doubt a match full of excitement.
The schedule gets tighter the following week, as the Rossoneri play every three days, starting with the home match against Arsenal in Europa League, on Thursday 8th at 7.00 PM at San Siro. Focus turns immediately to Serie A with the Genoa v AC Milan match taking place on Sunday 11that 6.00 PM at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris. Then, the Emirates Stadium awaits us to play the decisive game that could send coach Gattuso’s boys into the quarterfinals of the European competition as they face the Gunners in the return match on Thursday 15th (kick-off at 9.05 PM). There is no time to rest as we host ChievoVerona at San Siro on Sunday 18th at 3.00 PM. Only after that, the team will be able to recharge batteries as an international break is on schedule. Finally, on Saturday 31st at 8.45 PM we’ll take on Juventus at the Allianz Stadium, our opponents also in the TIM Cup final.
