AC Milan-Lazio, probable lineups
Tonight at 18.00 CET, AC Milan host Lazio at San Siro, a match valid for the 22nd round of Serie A. The Rossoneri search for revenge after the disastrous 4-1 result in the fist leg.
The Rossoneri are going through a good moment, and they want to continue doing well. In the last away match, against Cagliari, AC Milan secured a convincing victory producing a comeback at the Sardinia Arena, where just two weeks before Juventus faced enormous difficulties.
Obviously Gianluigi Donnarumma between the posts, as he wants to redeem his mistake on Barella’s goal against Cagliari. In defense Gattuso will have to do without the suspended Ricardo Rodriguez. In his place the doubt is between Davide Calabria and Luca Antonelli: the second has not played for a long time from the first minute and is not in good shape while the first should be adapted on the left as already happened in the final minutes against Cagliari. The second scenario is more plausible. Ignazio Abate will complete the department with Leonardo Bonucci and Alessio Romagnoli.
Nothing is expected to change in the middle of the field compared to the last game, with Lucas Biglia starting as playmaker, and with Franck Kessie and Giacomo Bonaventura alongside him. Confirmations also regarding the attack. Nikola Kalinic was expected to lead the attack but the Croatian suffered a muscular injury in training and will be replaced by Patrick Cutrone. Suso and Hakan Calhanoglu complete the attack in the usual 4-3-3 of Mr. Gattuso.
AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Abate, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Calabria; Kessié, Biglia, Bonaventura; Suso, Kalinic, Calhanoglu
LAZIO (3-4-2-1): Strakosha; Bastos, De Vrij, Radu; Marusic, Parolo, Leiva, Lulic; Milinkovic, L. Alberto, Immobile (Nani).
