AC Milan vs Bologna, official lineups
In a few minutes Gennaro Gattuso makes his San Siro debut at the helm of the rossoneri. The red and blacks are in desperate need of three points.
This has always been the type of game where AC Milan will be seen as clear favourites to win – at least if we look back a decade or two. This time around, the gap in quality between these two teams isn’t that vast any more and AC Milan will have to settle for just being slight favourites. That conclusion is conducted throughout Italian media and experts are unified in the opinion that Bologna very well might get away with a point or three here.
This will be Milan legend and new manager, Gennaro Gattuso’s, second Serie A game in charge. After the late draw and poor performance against Benevento last weekend (who sit rock bottom of Serie A), Gattuso will be looking for a response from his players.
