The AC Milan ultras Curva Sud will not support the players for tonight’s match against Lecce as a sign of disagreement with the club.

After the international break, AC Milan return on the pitch to face Lecce. Tonight’s match will also mark the debut of newly appointed coach Stefano Pioli who is replacing Marco Giampaolo.

In the first seven rounds of Serie A, AC Milan have suffered four defeats and have managed to win only three. It’s will be a tough task for Pioli to make the Rossoneri bounce back after a disappointing start to the season.

However, for tonight’s match at San Siro, AC Milan can not count on the support of heir fans. Just like against Fiorentina and Genoa, the Curva Sud will continue their protest against the club.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rososneri ultras will expose a large banner at San Siro tonight. “From management to the players: work and fight for these people who love Milan madly!” There will also be the banner already exhibited in Genoa before the break “Time has expired … Demonstrate!”.

The fans are clearly frustrated by the current situation and are openly expressing their disagreement. No matter whose to blame more, the players, the management or the coach, a reaction is needed to avoid another failed season.
